Don't pay $200-400 for an annual 'service contract'. 

We will complete the Generac recommended annual service (and more) - Oil and filter change (Mobil 1, full synthetic), spark plugs, air and oil filter replacement. 

We only use OEM parts. 

Battery testing, cabinet cleaning and general inspection of locks, hinges, and other visible surfaces.

All for only $100 - 26R battery replacement runs  $100 or $175 (Walmart 1-year, or Duracell 2-year warranty).

Trees

Avoid the hassles of climbing a ladder, encountering snakes, spiders, and rodents in your palm trees 

Contact us - pricing depends on the height of the tree and depth of canopy growth (seed pods and dead fronds)

Costs run between $25-$125 per tree, plus haul-away or  

You bundle - you save.

Ground trimming with 16' pole saw ($25); most ladder-work ($75).  I no longer do  extension ladder-work.

Yard Waste Facility Dump Fee ($80- September 2024) plus $25 drive and unload time.

Don't forget servicing and maintaining your irrigation system

Cleaning screens and nozzles ($5), to installing new lines (varies by job), raising irrigation bodies  ($20), and replacing irrigation bodies at $60/hour plus parts.
